Since 2004 Water For All has improved access to clean water for hundreds of schools and communities in sub-Saharan Africa. Along the way, we have witnessed great improvements in both education and health as a result of multiple water interventions. We also have seen there is no "one size fits all" solution to the water crisis in Africa. Each school, community, and individual has a unique set of needs and circumstances.
Our goal is to offer an appropriate solution to each school or community’s water needs. Water For All uses a range of green, sustainable water technologies such as solar pumps, rainwater harvesting systems and water filtration technologies.
Building upon our experience in South Africa and lessons learned over the last six years, we have scaled up our operations and have expanded to other countries. Water For All partners with government ministries, international agencies and local NGOs to identify schools and communities in need. To date, we have assisted hundreds of communities in South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia, Lesotho, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Ethiopia, Uganda and Zimbabwe
We are excited by the opportunities ahead. With your help, we will continue to evolve and fulfill our mission.
